The 9th Cicero Awayday will be held at Newcastle University on Tuesday 24 May 2016.
The biennial Cicero Awaydays offer an informal and friendly forum for presenting papers (whether full-fledged ones or work in progress) on any aspect of Cicero’s life, works and reception.
Proposals for papers are now invited. Papers should be no longer than 30 minutes in length; shorter papers will be considered. Please send your title, abstract (of at most 300 words), name, and affiliation to me (at jakob.wisse@ncl.ac.uk) by 15 January 2016. I hope to circulate a draft programme in February.
As usual with these Awaydays, no funds are available for travel or accommodation.
